Key Responsibilities...


Performance & Talent Management

  • Support annual reviews and talent initiatives
  • Assist with succession planning and career frameworks
  • Promote continuous feedback and high performance

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Maintain and communicate compliant HR policies
  • Advise on policy interpretation
  • Support audits and regulatory needs

HR Projects & Strategy

  • Lead or support HR projects aligned with firm strategy
  • Collaborate on change initiatives and employee experience
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights

Systems & Administration

  • Maintain accurate HRIS records
  • Encourage effective use of HR tools

Learning & Development

  • Design and deliver induction programmes
  • Manage internal/external training events
  • Support professional qualifications (STEP, ACCA, SQE, etc.)
  • Identify training needs and implement development plans
  • Oversee initiatives like Walkers Business Summer School
  • Manage bursary schemes, internships, and graduate pathways
  • Evaluate and improve training effectiveness


About You...


Qualifications & Experience

  • CIPD preferred
  • Recent HR experience in professional services or corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
