Performance & Talent Management
- Support annual reviews and talent initiatives
- Assist with succession planning and career frameworks
- Promote continuous feedback and high performance
HR Policy & Compliance
- Maintain and communicate compliant HR policies
- Advise on policy interpretation
- Support audits and regulatory needs
HR Projects & Strategy
- Lead or support HR projects aligned with firm strategy
- Collaborate on change initiatives and employee experience
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights
Systems & Administration
- Maintain accurate HRIS records
- Encourage effective use of HR tools
Learning & Development
- Design and deliver induction programmes
- Manage internal/external training events
- Support professional qualifications (STEP, ACCA, SQE, etc.)
- Identify training needs and implement development plans
- Oversee initiatives like Walkers Business Summer School
- Manage bursary schemes, internships, and graduate pathways
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness
About You...
Qualifications & Experience
- CIPD preferred
- Recent HR experience in professional services or corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
