Our client's firm are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager or Associate Director to join our expanding Private Wealth & Family Office team. We are looking for someone who brings technical expertise, leadership excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

You will also serve as a director or signatory on client entities, demonstrating the highest standards of fiduciary and regulatory responsibility.

What Youll Do

Drive Growth

Manage a diverse portfolio of complex private wealth and family office clients
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services
Collaborate across borders and service lines to unlock new business opportunities
Support fee recovery, profitability, and budget achievement
Participate in new client onboarding and transitions
Contribute to proposals, pitches and strategic client conversations
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, intermediaries and advisors

Lead and energise a talented team of Managers, Assistant Managers and Associates
Build an environment of accountability, inclusivity and continuous improvement
Strengthen collaboration across teams, service lines and jurisdictions

Deliver Excellence

Oversee high quality private wealth administration and ensure all work meets legal, regulatory and internal standards
Act as director/signatory for client entities, applying sound judgment and governance best practices
Review complex documentation, agreements and transactions
Champion robust risk management, AML/CFT compliance and operational governance
Drive efficiencies through smarter processes, technology adoption and workflow optimisation
Lead your team through audits, reviews and regulatory checks


What You Bring

Essential

Years of experience in trust, fiduciary, or corporate administration
STEP, CGIUKI, or equivalent qualification (or nearing completion)
Proven experience managing or mentoring high performing teams
Strong technical understanding of fiduciary principles, governance, and regulatory frameworks
Experience managing complex client structures

Desirable

Multi jurisdictional experience
Exposure to family office or family governance services
Familiarity with trust systems, billing platforms and workflow tools
Experience leading process improvement initiatives
